Welcome to uii-lib (hereinafter referred to as "we", "our", "us" or "the Company"). By using our website and engaging with any of our services, you, the client ("you" or "the user"), agree to be legally bound by the following Terms of Service. These Terms govern your access to and use of our services, platforms, systems, and products, and they are designed to ensure clarity, transparency, and mutual understanding in all interactions.

If you do not agree with these terms, you should immediately discontinue use of our platform and refrain from accessing any of our services.

1. About Our Company and Services

uii-lib is a third-party service provider and reseller of digital infrastructure solutions such as web hosting, virtual servers (VPS/VDS), dedicated servers, domain names, SSL certificates, and cloud infrastructure. We aggregate offers from a wide network of established global hosting providers and present them to our clients through a streamlined, centralized platform.

What sets us apart is our ability to leverage exclusive partnerships and volume-based discounts with these providers. This enables us to deliver highly competitive pricing — often better than the rates you would get if you went directly to the provider.

Important Note: While we facilitate access to hosting services, we do not directly host, manage, or operate the physical infrastructure or datacenters. Our role is that of an authorized intermediary.

2. Account Creation and Client Responsibility

To access our full range of services, you must register an account with us. During this process, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information

  • Keep your login credentials secure and confidential

  • Be solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account found to be in violation of our Terms, or if we suspect fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.

3. Service Provision, Payment, and Delivery

Once your order is placed and payment is received, our system initiates the provisioning process by submitting the request to the appropriate third-party provider.

  • Delivery times vary depending on the provider and the nature of the service purchased.

  • Configuration details, access credentials, and activation confirmation are shared with you via email or your account dashboard once the service is live.

All services are billed upfront and are non-refundable once provisioning has begun. This is due to the nature of our agreements with providers, who immediately deduct the cost of the service from our reseller account.

4. Refunds, Returns, and Service Cancellation

We understand that situations may arise where you consider canceling your service. However, please understand the following key points regarding our no-refund policy:

  • We act as a reseller — not the originator — of the services you purchase.

  • Once your payment is processed, we immediately pay the upstream provider to activate your service.

  • These payments are non-refundable to us, and therefore, we cannot issue refunds back to clients.

  • Time-based partial refunds are also not applicable, as we are billed per term in full.

This policy is strictly enforced and clearly stated here and in our Privacy Policy.

We urge users to fully evaluate their service needs before completing their purchase. Should you need assistance in assessing which plan is right for you, our support team is always available for consultation.

5. Modifications, Downgrades, and Termination

You may request service upgrades or modifications (such as increasing RAM, storage, or bandwidth), depending on the capabilities offered by the underlying provider.

Service downgrades or cancellations will not result in refunds for the unused portion of your plan. Upon request for termination, your service will remain active until the end of your billing cycle, after which it will expire.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services without refund in the event of:

  • Abuse, hacking, or network disruption

  • Violation of legal or ethical guidelines

  • Breach of our Acceptable Use Policy (see Section 6)

6. Acceptable Use Policy

By using our services, you agree not to:

  • Host, promote, or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, violent, racist, hateful, or infringing

  • Use the service to launch DDoS attacks or consume excessive resources affecting other clients

  • Engage in email spamming, phishing, or any malicious network activity

  • Violate copyright or trademark laws through hosted content

Violation of these terms will result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account without notice or refund.

7. Privacy and Data Sharing

We are committed to safeguarding your personal information. We only collect essential data required for service delivery, support, and billing. For full details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

Your data may be shared with our upstream providers only to the extent necessary to:

  • Provision and maintain your services

  • Provide customer and technical support

  • Comply with applicable regulations

We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties under any circumstances.

8. Uptime, Availability, and Service Levels

While we strive to provide uninterrupted access to services, we do not offer uptime guarantees ourselves, as those are determined and enforced by the upstream providers.

We cannot be held liable for outages, slowdowns, or any SLA violations that occur due to failures within the provider's infrastructure. However, we will assist you in liaising with the provider in the event of a prolonged or serious issue.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, uii-lib shall not be held liable for any:

  • Loss of profits or revenue

  • Loss of data or data breaches

  • Service interruptions caused by third-party providers

  • Business interruption or damages arising from service failure

Our total liability is limited to the total amount you have paid for the affected service during the last billing cycle.

10. Intellectual Property and Branding

All website content, including logos, graphics, and written content, is the intellectual property of uii-lib. You may not use, reproduce, or redistribute our branding or content without explicit written permission.

You retain full ownership of any data or content hosted on your subscribed services. We do not claim ownership of your hosted applications, files, or databases.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in regulations, provider policies, or our own business operations. When updates are made, we will notify users via email or platform announcements. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction]. Any disputes or claims arising from your use of our services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If no resolution is reached, the matter will be settled in the courts of [Insert Jurisdiction].

By continuing to use our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
